V-Y Advancement Flap for Finger tip injuries

Industrial accident leading to finger tip injuries  with loss of tip

V-Y advancement flap done for tip reconstruction to preserve the length of the finger.

Nasolabial fold Basal cell Carcinoma - Rhomboid flap reconstruction

High Flow Arteriovenous malformation - Excision with Rhomboid flap closure

Ambiguous Genitalia - Clitoroplasty

Ambiguous Genitalia with Clitoromegaly and bilateral Undescended Testis

Clitoroplasty with removal of bilateral undescended testis done to convert  into a complete female 

Median and Ulnar Nerve Palsy - Tendon Transfer Lumbricoplasty and Opponensplasty

Post Traumatic Wrist Transection with injury to Flexor Tendons and Median and Ulnar Nerves and radial and ulnar arteries. 

Microneurorhaphy of Median and Ulnar nerves was done along with tendon repair and vascular repair. 

3 months later ECRB to Lumbricals and EIP to APB Tendon transfers done. 

Patient has achieved good grip of the right hand and has started his tennis play again. 

Pilonidal sinus - Rhomboid Flap Closure

Widel local excision of Pilonidal Sinus 

Resultant defect closed with Rhomboid flap

Contracture Knee with multiple raw areas on leg - Release and Skin Grafting

Post Traumatic Contracture of knee joint 

with Multiple Raw areas over leg

Incisional release and Skin grafting done 

grafts well taken and integrated

Knee joint straightened
