65 year old patient Mr Pulla Reddy presented with wound over right thumb with loss of skin and exposed tendons on both sides of the thumb. Initial debridement was done and patient was kept on antibiotics to control the infection. Once the wounds were healthy Radial forearm flap was planned based on the radial artery.
